Warranty Terms

Warranty is only applicable to specific products or equipment if clearly mentioned in the seller’s official quotation.

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty:

Al Nafay Surgical does not offer warranty or accept responsibility for the following:

1. External Causes Beyond Our Control
   We are not responsible for damage or issues caused by power outages, electrical surges, fire, water damage, extreme weather (heat, cold, lightning, snow), accidents, third-party actions, or any other situation beyond our control.
2. Customer Misuse or Mishandling
   Warranty will not apply if the equipment is misused, poorly handled, stored improperly, serviced incorrectly, or tampered with. Unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty. Only qualified technical staff should maintain or repair the equipment.
3. Unauthorized Changes
   Any modification or alteration of our products without written permission from Al Nafay Surgical will immediately cancel the warranty.
   Equipment made to customer specifications that later fail to meet expectations is also not covered.
4. Third-Party Equipment Integration
   We do not guarantee performance if our equipment is used with other devices not approved or not supplied by Al Nafay Surgical.
5. Consumables and Wearable Parts
   Items such as batteries, cables, connectors, handsets, gas springs, motors, and display panels are either considered consumables or OEM (third-party) components and may carry limited warranties from their original manufacturers.
6. Resale Products
   Items sold by Al Nafay Surgical that are not manufactured by us (resale items) are excluded from our standard warranty. Any such equipment is subject to the warranty of the original manufacturer, if available.
7. Used Equipment
   If any product is sold as used, it is provided “as-is” with no warranty, unless clearly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Note: Our warranty applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable.
