- All delivery dates or timelines provided by Al Nafay Surgical are approximate unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- Al Nafay Surgical reserves the right to make partial deliveries or provide partial services if needed.
- In case of unexpected events beyond our control—such as technical issues, equipment malfunction, power outages, strikes, natural disasters, or supplier delays—the estimated delivery time may be extended. Customers will be informed as soon as possible about such delays and provided with an updated timeline.
- Delivery charges will be calculated based on the customer’s city or location and may vary accordingly.
- Al Nafay Surgical is not liable for any damages, wear, or tear that occur after the products are delivered or used.
- Quoted prices include the cost of goods only. Services like storage, installation, startup, or maintenance are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
- We are not responsible for service delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
- A 50% advance payment is required when placing an order, and the remaining balance must be paid before delivery.
